Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going. Jim Ryun.

Dear Roll your English Reader,

So many people want to be fluent in English – they want to be able to speak without being scared or shy (sin vergüenza).
Without looking for the correct words and grammar – BUT they do not want to put in the effort (poner en el esfuerzo) of establishing English learning habits.
They believe 1 or 2 hours of English class will be sufficient for them to gain (ganar) the fluency they want.

At Roll your English, we DO NOT promise fluency in 3,6 or 9 months. We WALK with you and help you establish an English world within your non-English world. We support (apoyar) and guide you in how to immerse yourself in English while not being in an English country.

Establish English learning habits

We give you the tools (herramientas) to establish English learning habits that require commitment and discipline.

WE HELP YOU TO:

  1. Set specific goals (objectivos): Define what you want to achieve in your English learning journey. Do you want to improve your speaking skills, vocabulary, or grammar? Set measurable and achievable goals that you can work towards.
  2. Create a study schedule (un horario de studio): Allocate specific times in your day for English practice. Whether it’s 30 minutes or an hour, consistency is key. Stick to your schedule and make it a part of your routine.
  3. Choose interesting materials: Find materials that interest you, such as books, TV shows, podcasts, or movies, and use them to practice your English. Engaging with interesting materials will make learning more enjoyable and help you stay motivated.
  4. Practice regularly: Consistency is important in language learning. Practice reading, writing, listening, and speaking regularly to improve your skills.
  5. Speak a lot in our classes: We help you practice your speaking and listening skills. Regular conversation practice can help you improve your fluency and confidence.
  6. Use language learning apps: There are many language learning apps available that can help you improve your vocabulary, grammar, and comprehension skills. Find the ones that work best for you and incorporate them into your daily routine.
  7. Reward yourself (recompénsate): Celebrate your successes, no matter how small they may be. Reward yourself for reaching your goals or completing a challenging task. This will help you stay motivated and positive throughout your English learning journey.

Be patient with yourself (ser paciente contigo misma), stay committed (mantente comprometido), and you will see progress over time 🙂
